Direct Annealing System

The Direct Annealing System (DAS), the world's first outstanding technology developed by CreatBot. The annealing process can be controlled instantly during printing. It aims to provide parts of the best quality in a single solution without warping or cracking when printing large functional materials. (The technology is patent-protected and available only from CreatBot.)

Features of the DAS annealing process:

1）Istantaneous: Completed during the printing process, no secondary treatment in the oven is required.

2）Complete: The annealing process applies to each point of the extruded filament, not to the entire printed model. The internal structure of the complete model could not crystallize completely or would be deformed in the oven.

3）Controllable: The surrounding temperature can be adjusted from 0 to 200 °C. Different hardness and strength requirements can be met by adjusting the DAS temperature function on different parts of the material.

Intelligent double extruders Auto-rising 480 ℃

The PEEK-300 is equipped with the new CreatBot technology: intelligent dual Auto-rising extruders. Water cooling, DAS system, Auto-rising extruders. The temperature of the dual nozzle reaches up to 480°C. You can print any 3D printer material in the world. We can say it is the best choice for polymer materials.

Cooling system

The cooling system is one of the important parts that make up the entire thermal system. It consists of.
