When desktop 3D printers are no longer enough, CreatBot offers the answer. Founded in 2014, CreatBot specialises in professional and industrial large format 3D printers designed to work 24/7 with technical and engineering materials. On DHM-online the CreatBot range is also available for purchase via MEPA.
D600 Pro2 HS: the professional best-seller
The D600 Pro2 HS is the world's most popular professional large-format 3D printer in its class. With a print volume of 600 × 600 × 600 mm, hotend at up to 420 °C, heated platter at 100 °C and closed chamber at 70 °C, it handles materials such as PLA, ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, PA-CF and much more with ease.
The Klipper-based HS (High Speed) version achieves speeds of up to 300 mm/s. The removable magnetic platform simplifies part removal. Designed for 24/7 continuous operation with maximum reliability.
D1000 HS: a cubic metre of possibilities
The D1000 HS takes professional 3D printing to a whole new scale: 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm print volume. It is the ideal machine for full-size prototypes, moulds, tools and large parts.
The intelligent self-rising double extruder with hotend up to 420 °C, heated chamber, automatic levelling and remote control via app make this machine surprisingly easy to use despite its size. The HS version achieves 300 mm/s with hotend high flow up to 90 mm³/s.
PEEK-250: ultra-high temperature printing
The PEEK-250 is designed for those who need to print the most extreme materials: PEEK, PEI (Ultem), PSU and other ultra-high performance polymers. With a 500 °C nozzle, 200 °C plate and 200 °C heated chamber, it offers the thermal conditions necessary to process these materials correctly.
The integrated annealing function allows PEEK parts to be heat-treated directly in the printer after printing, without having to remove them from the platen. Water cooling ofhotend, aircraft-grade thermal insulation and ultra-flat platform with natural flatness of 0.05 mm.
Why CreatBot for business and PA
CreatBot printers are designed for professional environments where reliability and productivity are priorities. The steel construction guarantees stability and longevity (the first CreatBots ran for over 30,000 hours). The range of materials supported covers from aesthetic prototyping to the production of functional parts in engineering materials.
