Romeo ESP32-S3 is a high-performance development board designed specifically for robotics projects. It integrates the powerful ESP32-S3 microcontroller and an onboard camera, facilitating video transmission and wireless remote control for an immersive first-person view (FPV) experience. This versatile board supports the development of 2WD and 4WD robots, offering extensive data interfaces to expand intelligent robotic applications.
First-Person Robot Experience
Romeo ESP32-S3 is equipped with an OV2640 camera. Using the video transmission function from a computer or smartphone, users can see the robot's world firsthand, immersing themselves in its explorations. After training, the robot can also perform AI recognition tasks. The OV2640 camera offers a resolution of 2 megapixels, supporting a maximum resolution of 1600×1200. Whether taking photos or recording video, it ensures clear and detailed images.

Leverage the Power of the ESP32-S3 for Advanced Functionality
The Romeo ESP32-S3 integrates the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R8 module, equipped with 16 MB of Flash and 8 MB of PSRAM. The generous memory capacity enables it to handle more complex code and data. With a main frequency of up to 240 MHz, the ESP32-S3 chip supports vector instructions that accelerate operations such as neural network computations and signal processing, enabling AI features such as image and speech recognition. Supporting dual-mode communication via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE), the ESP32-S3 enables wireless remote control and real-time image transmission.

Versatile Expansion of Robot Interfaces
The Romeo ESP32-S3 offers numerous reserved data interfaces, enabling the integration of various devices and giving the robot unlimited potential. For example: By connecting a microphone, the robot acquires hearing capabilities, enabling speech interactions. By connecting an amplifier, the robot can express itself. By integrating a gas sensor, the robot develops a sense of smell. In addition, Romeo ESP32-S3 provides a stable 5V power supply, facilitating the connection of multiple servomotors to realize functionality such as robotic arms.

Support for Many Development Environments
The Romeo ESP32-S3 supports several programming environments, including Arduino IDE and ESP-IDF.
It is also compatible with popular programming languages such as C++ and MicroPython, allowing developers to easily control hardware using languages they already know.
