Standard FIN nozzle
Adopting the Standard Free and open-source Insulated Nozzle (FIN), an evolution of the renowned RepRap (V6) standard, Bondtech introduces the new CHT FIN nozzles.
With a 6 mm hex for easy replacement, the FIN standard introduces an innovative nozzle geometry that integrates with the silicone cover, completely insulating the 'hotend and protecting it from cold air and plastic.
Bondtech has embraced the FIN standard, offering its performance CHT nozzles in this new format.
Superior thermal performance
These low-mass nickel-plated copper nozzles are the ideal option for thehotend Mako, used on all compatible Bambu Lab 3D printers, when aiming for high speeds, maximum melting capacity and optimal volumetric flow.
Due to their excellent thermal conduction and heating performance, they are perfect for nonabrasive filaments, ensuring consistent, high-quality results with every print.
NOTICE: Avoid cold replacement of Bondtech CHT FIN nozzles.
Minimum recommended temperature for replacement: 270 °C.
Tighten the hot nozzle with the temperature ofhotend at least 10 °C above the intended printing temperature, up to a maximum of 300 °C.
