Advantages of Nickel Coating
Nickel coating applied to coated brass nozzles provides protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion.
Nickel-coated nozzles have:
- greater resistance to corrosion,
- reduced coefficient of friction, which allows for smoother material feed,
- less adhesion of plastic to the nozzle surface.
Use this nozzle with the following materials:
PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, Nylon, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA
For technical or abrasive materials, we recommend using other nozzles from the range Bondtech.
Different sets of nozzles for different materials
Multiple sets of nozzles are recommended because:
Using different materials with the same nozzle causes internal deposits.
Such deposits can cause clogging.
It is recommended to change nozzles each time you change materials.
