We have made the threaded ends option available; immediately after entering the length measurement you will find a box to check to receive profiles with M5 threaded ends (all specifications can be found in the information caption by hovering the mouse over the letter "i").

For corner connections, no 2-way or 3-way connectors are currently available for this series. You may possibly use cover caps (https://www.dhm-online.com/series-5-cava-6/1020-cap-2020-mm-per-profile-series-5-polyamide-black-pieces-5.html) and connect the profiles by means of angle brackets (https://www.dhm-online.com/series-5-cava-6/986-staff-2028-with-wings-90-for-profile-series-5-2020.html).

They are all natural aluminum color profiles. They are clear anodized, so the effect is "light gray."

The +/- 0.5mm tolerance is meant on each individual size entered into the system and then ordered, as this is a possible initial error in machine positioning. It is not a +/- 0.5mm error that can be accumulated on every part cut of the same size, as once set to a specific size the parts all come out identical with virtually zero error (we are in the range of +/-0.1mm for parts of the same size cut sequentially).

In the case of a 3D printer frame, particularly that of a Voron, where there are two structural profile measurements (the 8 perimeters and the 4 columns at the corners) there will be a maximum error of +/-0.2mm (between two elements of the same theoretical length). This tolerance on the cut will not interfere with the general sliding system and operation of the machine as it will not affect more than the operator himself when assembling and squaring the frame.

T-Slot profiles are designed primarily for structural and fastening purposes. V-Slot profiles, while retaining structural capabilities, have their groove edges chamfered at 45° to serve as a track for linear running wheels.

The choice depends on the load and the length of the spans. Series 20 is optimal for compact structures up to 1 metre in length. For machine tools or workbenches under mechanical stress, we recommend series 30 or 40 to minimise bending.

Yes, our profiles follow international extrusion standards. Simply check the size of the keyway (e.g. 6mm keyway for Series 20 or 8mm keyway for Series 30) to ensure compatibility of nuts and accessories.

Absolutely. The central hole in the profile is designed to be threaded (e.g. M6 for the 20 series or M8 for the 30 series), allowing adjustable feet, castors or profiles to be screwed together head to head.

The T-Slot system is designed for maximum structural strength. The shape of the slot allows the use of hammer nuts, which, when tightened, create an extremely solid connection through friction and pressure, making the structure resistant to vibration and dynamic loads, ideal for machine tools and industrial frames.

Of course. Although ours are structural T-Slot profiles, it is possible to integrate linear movement systems using linear recirculating ball bearing slides or supported shafts that are screwed directly onto the profile groove, guaranteeing greater sliding precision than roller systems.
