ReForm rPETG GF20 is a high-performance material specially developed for large-format 3D printing (LFAM - Large Format Additive Manufacturing). Made from 100% post-industrial recycled PETG and reinforced with 20% long glass fibres, this compound offers an exceptional balance of sustainability, rigidity and printability. Its unique formulation ensures excellent adhesion between layers, resulting in a material that is rigid, easy to print and reliable even in the most demanding LFAM environments. ReForm rPETG GF20 combines mechanical strength, dimensional stability and impact resistance, making it a versatile solution for industrial 3D printing. It has a heat distortion temperature (HDT) of 85°C, ensuring reliable thermal performance for large-format 3D printed components exposed to high temperatures. Thanks to its low shrinkage, excellent adhesion between layers and high mechanical strength, ReForm rPETG GF20 ensures consistent and reliable performance in large-scale 3D printing. In addition, its high-quality surface finish and dimensional accuracy make it the ideal choice for manufacturers seeking quality and sustainability in a single material.

Processing Recommendations for ReForm rPETG GF20 Granules for LFAM Printing
Pre-drying: 8-10 hours at 65-70°C (<40 ppm)
ReForm rPETG GF20 is made from recycled PETG materials previously used in outdoor applications.
Therefore, prolonged pre-drying of at least 8-10 hours at 70°C is recommended to reduce the moisture content in the compound.
For optimal 3D printing results, it is recommended to reduce the moisture content of the granules to less than 100 ppm, preferably below 40 ppm.
Recommended temperature settings:
- Zone 1: 210°C ± 10°C / Maximum temperature: 240°C
- Zone 2: 220°C ± 10°C / Die temperature: 230°C ± 20°C
- Zone 3: 230°C ± 10°C
