The magnetic film consists of a mixture of strontium ferrite with a flexible permanent binder. It can be treated mechanically (e.g., cutting, stamping, etc.). This magnetic film is ideal for applications that require excellent heat resistance and high magnetic properties.
This is why it is the among the best choices as a magnetic plane for 3D printers, including Voron, Vzbot and many others.

General
The magnetic film can be cut, printed and drilled. We supply the magnetic film in raw (uncoated) version with self-adhesive film on the non-magnetic side. Magnetic film is mostly resistant to dilute acids and bases. It is flexible, weatherproof and temperature resistant from about -20 °C to +70 °C. Heat-resistant magnetic film 200 can be used up to 120 °C and, for short periods, up to 200 °C.

Storage
Magnetic film should be stored in a dust-free and dry place, protecting it from damage and dirt. Sheets and cut pieces should be stacked cleanly to prevent the edges from warping. In case of possible ripples in the material, it is recommended to leave the magnetic film adhered to a metal plate at about +30 °C to +40 °C for 1-2 days.

Cleaning of the magnetic film can be done with water (possibly with added detergent) or an antistatic PVC cleaner.
