PC Adhesive - Magigoo

Magigoo: the adhesive for 3D printing.
Magigoo PC is designed to work with PC (Polycarbonate) filaments.
It is designed to work exclusively with Polycarbonate filaments. This adhesive for professional use ensures the adhesion of the prints to the heated printing surface, and the easy removal of the same, once cooled. This unique and innovative mechanism does not require tools to remove the prints. They come off when the platen cools.

Why Magigoo PC:
The hardness and strength of PC make it an ideal FDM material for producing functional prototypes and end parts, however the material has some critical issues when printing. PC has a high glass transition temperature (Tg) and therefore can be used in high temperature applications. However, having a high Tg can make it very difficult to print with desktop printers, as they usually cannot meet the high print temperatures required to print PC. In fact, blank PC tends to deform considerably when printed at insufficient platen temperature (<130 ºC), in closed unheated chambers without the use of an appropriate adhesive.

Magigoo PC can be used on glass or a multitude of other surfaces. We recommend use on other plastic-based surfaces, including adhesive sheets, to ensure strong adhesion and prevent the part from fusing to the sheet.
