The S700 7-in-1 Compact Weather Sensor measures air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, light intensity, precipitation (optical), and wind speed and direction (ultrasonic). It is ideal for applications in harsh environments such as outdoor, agriculture or smart city. It can be used together with the SenseCAP LoRaWAN data logger or the SenseCAP 4G data logger.
Measurement of 7 parameters
Measures in one sensor: air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, light intensity, precipitation intensity, wind speed and direction.
Industrial-grade design
Operation from -40°C to +85°C, IP66 rating: waterproof and dustproof, suitable for outdoor scenarios.
Output interface
RS485 (MODBUS-RTU) / SDI-12.
Thermostatically controlled heating system
Independent heating supply for use in extremely cold environments.
Components included
3 m cable for pole mounting; radiation shields to ensure accurate environmental measurements; ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensors with no moving parts.
Guaranteed high performance
Sensors can operate in harsh environmental conditions. To ensure that performance and durability meet specifications throughout the lifecycle, the SenseCAP ONE series sensors underwent 6 reliability tests before release, meeting the requirements to operate flawlessly even in extreme conditions.

Application
Smart agriculture, smart cities, power transmission, renewable energy, transportation and traffic

Today, localized weather data, known as microclimates, is the new frontier for more precise and accurate weather forecasts. As a result, weather data collection is becoming increasingly detailed and distributed over grids. In this context, weather sensors, the most practical means of collecting these data, are experiencing an increase in demand.

SenseCAP ONE is a series of compact all-in-one weather sensors that integrate multiple sensors into one device, monitoring up to 10 weather parameters: air temperature, air humidity, atmospheric pressure, light intensity, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation, PM2.5, PM10 and CO₂.

The SenseCAP ONE series uses the RS485 (MODBUS-RTU) / SDI-12 communication protocol. Therefore, the SenseCAP ONE compact weather sensor can be used with any datalogger that supports RS485 (MODBUS-RTU) / SDI-12.
The SenseCAP S2100 - LoRaWAN® Data Logger - Seeed Studio and the Industrial Sensor Hub 4G Data Logger with MODBUS-RTU RS485 protocol - Seeed Studio, are suitable for SenseCAP ONE series weather sensors. Sensor data can be transmitted to public LoRaWAN® network servers (Helium, TTN, etc.) or private servers.

Package contains: 1 x 7-in-1 Compact Weather Station - Seeed Studio.
Specifically, the kit includes:
- 1 x SenseCAP ONE Compact All-in-one Weather Sensor.
- 1 x 8-pin M12 communication cable (standard length 3 meters; an optional waterproof aviation connector is available for use with the SenseCAP SensorHub datalogger. If not needed, it can be removed manually)
- 1 x USB Type-C cable, for device configuration
- 6 x Screws
- 1 x Flat washer (for opening the configuration port)
