Main features:
- Super wear resistance
- Built with tungsten carbide
- High-temperature performance
- Low friction
- Uniform temperature
Details:
Using ultra-high hardness tungsten carbide, the world's leading material for its hardness (hardness > 2700Hv (up to 2900Hv)). Absence of nozzle wear, particularly at the exit hole. Super strength ensures consistent prints over the long term.
High-temperature performance
Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity, the maximum printing temperature can be 550℃.
Low thrust force
Tungsten carbide nozzle with greater than 99.98% purity and high thermal performance maintains uniform nozzle tip temperature during printing, thus ensuring stable extrusion.
Faster
Due to the high thermal performance of the nozzle in general, the printing speed can be pushed even faster without sacrificing quality. The unique internal nozzle duct improves the flow rate to the exit hole.
Low friction
After adding a layer of hard, smooth nickel plating, the entire nozzle is coated with DLC. This results in the low surface friction coefficient of approximately 0.05. This prevents the molten plastic from sticking to the nozzle.
DLC coating
Coating thickness 2.0μm, with no effect on size accuracy;
Stable chemical properties, non-toxic, non-corrosive and insoluble in other solvents.
