Product pricing information
All sales prices of the Products indicated on our website www.dhm-online.com are expressed in Euros and include VAT applicable by law.
Packaging and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, unless specifically indicated. They are indicated and calculated at the time of the conclusion of the purchase process before the payment is made.
We constantly update our prices, to always guarantee our customers the best price available on the market. We offer quantity-based price ranges for most items. The more you buy, the more you save.
The prices of the items visible on the Site may also undergo periodic changes based on the adjustment of the price lists of our suppliers.
In the event of an IT, manual, technical, or any other type of error that could result in an unexpected substantial change in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the Customer. will be refunded within 14 days. from the day of cancellation.
The Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation. The estimate of products cut to size and / or customized is valid only for the specifications on which it was based. Any changes made require an updated quote. The quotes are valid for the calendar day on which they are issued, after which the price can change without notice, unless otherwise specified.
Stock availability and lead times
Our Compass DHM projects company has a warehouse based in Italy with thousands of products in stock available for same day shipping.
Information on stock availability can be viewed directly on the site in each Product tab and refers to actual availability.
A Product can be "In stock" (it is present in our warehouse), "Preorder Now" (the Product can be purchased with a slight waiting time), "Currently not available" (the Product is not available for purchase) .
Attention: the indicated availability is constantly checked. However, there may be cases in which, mainly due to IT problems, the quantities indicated may not be correct.
In case of partial or total unavailability of the goods you will be contacted directly by our Customer Service to determine how best to proceed, whether with a change to the order, a deferred delivery, or a correction.
Advanced information on availability and lead times
Listed below are the various messages that may appear to indicate the availability of products in stock and not in stock and the lead times for items currently not in stock.
All products indicated as "In stock" are normally in stock and therefore can be shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. It is possible to send an order for a quantity greater than that available in the warehouse; the excess quantity will be put "on hold" and delivered as soon as we have received the new stocks according to the times indicated in the product sheet.
Waiting times are always indicated in the product sheet with the words "Available in… days".
"... in stock": number of pieces available in stock for same-day shipping if ordered within the deadline.
"preorder now": These items have been ordered and should arrive shortly, approximately within the indicated time frame.
"Currently not available": This item is not available for purchase at that time. It may be in the production phase, or it may have been replaced by a new version or an alternative. Check the other products in the catalog.

Advanced product search
Within some categories of the site it is possible to carry out an advanced product search through some parametric filters. You can use parametric filters to narrow your search results by checking the boxes corresponding to one or more specific attributes or by using the range selector to easily select multiple boxes. The results are filtered automatically, without having to confirm. You can then reset the selection by clicking on “reset”, or by deleting the parameters at the top of the page.
NOTE: Selecting some filters automatically hides the filter options that would not produce any results.

The SuperVolcano can reach 300°C with the supplied thermistor, by swapping the thermistor for a PT100 or PT1000 you’ll be able to reach a maximum of 500°C:

The heater for the SuperVolcano is only this 80W model.
Compared to the P1P, the P1S offers a fully enclosed printing chamber and a more powerful cooling solution, which includes an Auxiliary Part Cooling Fan for cooling prints, a Chamber Regulator Fan to stabilize the inner chamber temperature, and a Control Board Fan to assist in cooling the control board. Furthermore, we have equipped it with an activated carbon filter to provide a solution for printing filaments such as ABS that are prone to emitting odors and harmful gases during the printing process.
P1S is based on the P1P with an improved cooling solution and enclosure. However, it is not recommended to directly print fiber-reinforced filaments such as glass fiber or carbon fiber, before an extruder and hotend upgrade is done. The X1-Carbon is equipped with Micro lidar for advanced AI detection functions and offers more convenient and efficient screen interaction.

Yes. The left and right hotends are identical in structure and materials, so they can be used interchangeably.
The H2D printer supports up to 4 AMS 2 Pro units and 8 AMS HT units connected simultaneously, for a total of 12 units and 24 material slots.
Since the H2D is equipped with two hotends, in the most extreme scenario, all AMS units can be connected to one hotend, while the other uses an external spool holder.
With this setup, the printer can support and print with up to 25 colors.
The first-generation AMS system is fully plug-and-play compatible and can be used with the H2D printer for multi-color printing. However, its drying function is not supported.
Due to fundamental differences in the loading mechanism and buffer structure, the H2D printer does not support the AMS Lite system.
The two 4-pin ports on the back are intended for future expansion accessories.
For example, to upgrade a non-laser version of the printer to the laser version, one of these ports can be used to connect an external air pump.
Although the H2D printer's hotend has a similar structure to that of the A1 series, they are not perfectly identical.
The H2D hotends are specifically designed for that model, offering maximum compatibility. For example, they support a higher maximum volumetric flow rate, reduce the risk of clogging, and allow for more precise nozzle offset calibration between the left and right hotends. They also enable automatic hotend type recognition via the real-time camera.
Therefore, to ensure optimal print quality, it is strongly recommended not to use A1 hotends on the H2D printer.
You can use H2D hotends on A1 series printers, but you must also use the H2D-specific silicone sock for proper compatibility.
No, a USB flash drive is not included by default.
You can still start prints normally without a USB drive, as the printer has built-in storage for executing print files.
However, the absence of a USB drive affects the following features:
Time-lapse recording and photo capture cannot be enabled.
Printing via LAN is not possible.
Sending print files to the printer for storage through the project interface is disabled.
Log file export is not supported.
USB Requirements:
USB 2.0 or higher protocol
Minimum write speed: over 10 MB/s
Supported file systems: FAT32 and exFAT
Only one USB drive is supported; USB hubs or multiple drives are not compatible.
The hotend used for printing is determined during the slicing process of the model file.
For preloaded models, the correct hotend is already selected at this stage, so it cannot be changed directly from the printer’s screen.
When slicing a file in Bambu Studio and sending it to the printer, you can choose to use the left or right hotend.
For certain materials, such as TPU and PPS/PPA-CF, it is recommended to use specific hotends for optimal print quality.
