Main Features.
The Bambu 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter is an adapter used to connect PTFE tubing. Compared with the original PTFE connector, this adapter allows 4 power modules to be connected to the printer at the same time (up to 7 different filaments: 1 coming from the AMS and 3 others separate).
It is useful for connecting the printer to the AMS together with filaments that are not compatible with the AMS, such as TPU 95A, Bambu PET-CF and other third-party filaments containing carbon fiber or glass fiber.
Installation
For more information on replacing the Bambu 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter, see the Bambu Lab Wiki.
Instructions for Use.
The Bambu 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter is designed with a well-defined direction of use (as shown in the figure).
1. When using the AMS:
- Connect the PTFE tubing coming from the print head to the OUT end of the Bambu 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter.
- Connect the PTFE tubing from the buffer output to one of the IN ends.
- Directly insert up to 3 strands of filament into each hole of the IN end of the adapter.

2. When the AMS is not being used:
- Connect the PTFE tubing coming from the print head to the OUT end of the Bambu 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter.
- Directly insert up to 4 strands of filament into each hole of the IN end of the adapter.
Note: Reverse connections may cause filament blockage. Therefore, it is critical to observe the correct installation direction.
