Important information

• Please consult the Wiki page to check the TH board version of the X1 series. There is no difference in functionality between the Dual Red Laser version and the Single Red Laser version.
• The Single Red Laser TH board has been discontinued and has been replaced by the Dual Red Laser TH board.
• The Dual Red Laser TH card is compatible with the Dual Red Laser LIDAR.
• If your Single Red Laser TH card is defective and needs to be replaced under warranty, we will provide a replacement TH card + Dual Red Laser LIDAR free of charge within the warranty.
• If your printer is no longer under warranty, you will need to purchase the replacement TH card; we will still provide the Dual Red Laser LIDAR free of charge as a one-time courtesy.

Installation

• Before ordering the TH card or micro LIDAR for X1C/X1, determine the respective versions to avoid incompatibilities due to the wrong version.

• Recognition of the Micro LIDAR and TH board.
• If the serial number (SN) of the Micro LIDAR starts with 00ExxB, it means that the LIDAR is a Dual Red version and the TH board must also be a Dual Red version, with serial number (SN) starting with 003xxC, 003xxD or 003xxY.
• If the serial number (SN) of the Micro LIDAR starts with 00ExxA, it means that the LIDAR is a Single Red version and the TH Board must also be a Single Red version, with serial number (SN) starting with 003xxA or 003xxB.
