The most desirable fan in 3D printing, renowned for its efficiency, you can count on this fan to significantly reduce noise levels.
Gold Heatsink
The Titan Aero Gold edition retains the same aluminum heatsink, but anodized in gold, to celebrate the successful unification of the V6 and Titan combination.
Compact and Rigid
By combining V6 and Titan into a single unit, Titan Aero produces a compact extrusion system that offers an additional 25 mm of useful build height on the Z-axis compared to the traditional V6 and Titan combination.
Great for Flexibles
Having a short, well-constrained filament path minimizes where filament can bend, stick and jam, which means the Titan Aero is well suited for printing flexible filaments such as TPU.
All-Metal Design
The Titan Aero is built with an all-metal design like E3D's V6, allowing it to reliably print any filament up to 285°C.
Easy to install, easy to use
The Titan Aero mirrors standard NEMA 17 flange hole geometry. This allows it to fit a wide range of 3D printers, simplifying the design of custom mounting solutions for installation.
Using Titan's custom design and rigorously tested extrusion system, Aero is highly reliable and retains all the smart usability features. It's a breeze to load and unload filament, manually extrude, adjust tension on the tensioner, and clean residue from the wire pusher.

L'estrusore Single Drive utilizza un solo ingranaggio motorizzato e un cuscinetto a pressione. Il sistema Dual Drive utilizza due ingranaggi controrotanti che afferrano il filamento da entrambi i lati, garantendo una forza di spinta doppia e riducendo drasticamente lo slittamento, specialmente con filamenti tecnici o velocità elevate.
L'ugello va sostituito quando si notano problemi di stampa, specialmente superficiali, o se il diametro del foro si è allargato a causa dell'usura (comune con materiali abrasivi). Un ugello in ottone usato con fibra di carbonio può rovinarsi in poche ore di stampa, mentre uno in acciaio temprato può durare mesi.
Il rumore di scatto indica che il motore non riesce a spingere il filamento. Le cause, tra le altre, possono essere un ugello parzialmente ostruito, una temperatura di stampa troppo bassa, o una velocità di estrusione eccessiva per le capacità termiche del tuo hotend, un meccanismo non adeguato al tipo di filamento utilizzato.
