What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

Thanks to the advanced search, browsing the categories and products of the DHM-online site is much easier. In fact, the advanced search allows you to search through filters by restricting the number of compatible components to your needs until you find what you were looking for.

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. You can also save multiple carts. For all the details, log into your cart and click on the "Share" or "Save" icon. You must be logged in to your account to be able to save your carts.

From the page dedicated to quick orders, you can quickly proceed with the order of all the products you need at once.

Description

Platinum LCD Series - General Purpose Resin is available in true clear (true clear), translucent, and opaque versions and enables nearly unarmed 3D prints with very high accuracy and an extremely smooth surface.

Platinum LCD resin is nearly odorless and enables 3D prints with high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish. It is a multipurpose LCD photopolymer resin developed specifically to work with all LCD and DLP 3D printers open source. It is designed to provide relatively short cure times.

Preparation before printing

Shake the bottle for at least 2 minutes before each use
After shaking, let the resin rest for 10 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape
Resin can be filtered and poured back into the bottle after printing
Always use safety glasses and nitrile gloves when handling

Post-processing

For best mechanical properties, we recommend post-processing:
Wash the printed object in IPA or (bio)ethanol for about 5 minutes
The use of an ultrasonic cleaner is preferred
Make sure the parts are completely dry before post-curing
Allow to dry in a well-ventilated area for at least 30 minutes or use compressed air for 2 minutes
Cure in a high-power chamber for 20-30 minutes at 65 °C
Recommended wavelength for curing: 300-410 nm

Safety

3D printing with resins involves the use of chemicals: always use the PPE indicated in the MSDSs.
Wear respiratory protection during cutting or sanding operations
Always use nitrile gloves when handling resins or uncured objects
