The TL-Q5MC1-Z Inductive Proximity Sensor allows an output to be activated when it detects the presence of a metal or ferromagnetic materials. It takes advantage of the inductive effect and can also detect aluminum, so such a sensor is suitable for replacing classic limit switches in the Z-axis of 3D printers or in small CNCs. It can be used for self-levelling of the printing plane (managed by the appropriate programs). Activation can be easily controlled since it is signaled by a red LED. - Read more
