The hot-end Phaetus Rapido 2 Plus come in two types: HF (High Flow) and UHF (Ultra High Flow).
The higher thermal insulation ofheatbreak eliminates any kind of heat loss, also allows a significant reduction in the risk of filament clogging, and thanks to excellent wear resistance, it is ideal for printing loaded filaments.
The ceramic heating block achieves high heating efficiency and reliability (200°C in just 35 seconds) (Maximum printing temperature 350°C), which enables high volumetric flows of up to 36%. With these flow rates (most) 3D printers can be pushed to the limit.
The temperature sensor is replaceable and as such the PT1000 sensor can be used to meet high temperature printing requirements.
Not all 3D models need to be printed at high speed, so you can easily switch from the high-flowHotend Rapido Plus 2 to the ultra-high-flowHotend Rapido Plus 2 using the copper-nickel plated nut adapter.
Titanium alloy screws, with their low thermal conductivity, create a rigid coupling between the heating block and the heat sink. This rigid structure allows the nozzle to be changed with one hand.
There are many different nozzles on the market for different purposes. With theHotend Rapido Plus 2 you can choose the right nozzle for each printing process.
