- DescriptionDental LCD Model Resin is a high-precision photopolymer resin designed for the accurate modelling of dental models, models for aligners, gums, teeth, as well as models for crowns and bridges with removable abutments.Dental LCD Model resin has a plaster-like surface finish and colour, which perfectly enhances the depth and detail of the dental model. The resin is intended for modelling purposes only and is not suitable for intraoral use.
Key features
- High-resolution 3D printing with very fine detail
- Nearly odourless printing process
- Excellent dimensional accuracy and low shrinkage
- Plaster-like texture and colour
- Temperature resistance, suitable for the production of aligners
- Compatible with all LCD and DLP 3D printers open source with wavelength 385-420 nm
Applications
- Denture models
- Implant models
- Crown and bridge models
- Gingival models
- Orthodontic models
- Resin properties (uncured liquid)
- Viscosity: 700 cps at 25 °C
- Density: 1.18 g/cm³

Preparation before printing
- Shake the bottle for at least 2 minutes before each use
- After shaking, allow the resin to stand for 10 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape
- After printing is complete, the resin can be poured from the tank into the bottle
- Always use safety goggles and nitrile gloves when handling
Post-processing
- For best material properties, we recommend post-processing:
- Wash the moulded object in IPA or (bio)ethanol for about 5 minutes
- The use of an ultrasonic cleaner is preferable
- Make sure that the washed parts are perfectly dry before post-curing
- Leave the parts in a well-ventilated area for at least 30 minutes or use compressed air for at least 2 minutes
- Polymerise in a high-power polymerisation chamber for 20-30 minutes at 65 °C
- Recommended wavelength: 300-410 nm
Safety
- 3D printing with resins involves the use of chemicals: always act with caution and use the personal protective equipment indicated in the safety data sheets.
- Always wear respiratory protection when sanding or cutting resin objects
- Always use nitrile gloves when handling uncured resins or objects

- Questions(FAQs)
