What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

A single point to find insights, application tips, videos, technical articles and tutorials, but not only, to support you during the development of your projects.

Thanks to the advanced search, browsing the categories and products of the DHM-online site is much easier. In fact, the advanced search allows you to search through filters by restricting the number of compatible components to your needs until you find what you were looking for.

The product comparison tool allows you to select up to 3 products at a time to compare. On the dedicated page you can compare the information and specifications of the selected products in a side-by-side format, simplifying the identification of similarities and differences between products.

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. You can also save multiple carts. For all the details, log into your cart and click on the "Share" or "Save" icon. You must be logged in to your account to be able to save your carts.

From the page dedicated to quick orders, you can quickly proceed with the order of all the products you need at once.

Just enter the store product code (reference - SKU), title, variant and quantity required. Click on "add to cart" and you will be ready to complete the purchase.

Description

AquaSolve PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is a water-soluble support material for complex multi-extrusion 3D printing. It has excellent thermal stability and can be printed at relatively low temperatures. This makes AquaSolve PVA an ideal support material for PLA-based materials with good thermal and chemical adhesion.

Biodegradable once dissolved in water
Safe dissolution in tap water
Can be disposed of in the kitchen sink or household drain as it is certified 'OK biodegradable water'
Good adhesion to PLA-based materials and other (thermo)plastics that print in the same temperature range

General printing guidelines *

Nozzle size: ≥ 0.15 mm	Height layer: ≥ 0.1 mm	Experience level: Expert
Print temperature: ± 190 - 210 °C *	Fan speed: 0 - 30
Heated plate: ± 0 - 60 °C	Closed chamber: Not required

* The above settings are guidelines for finding optimal print settings. These ranges should work with most printers, but you can experiment outside these values if you feel it is suitable for your printer. There are many different types of printers, hot-end and offset, so it is difficult to provide universal settings that apply to all.

* Do not exceed a printing temperature of 225 °C, as AquaSolve PVA may crystallise too quickly and no longer flow properly and/or dissolve in water.

Printing with PVA materials requires some experience in 3D printing, as the material should not remain in the hot secondary nozzle (media nozzle) for too long. It is necessary to adjust the waiting temperature correctly to avoid deterioration or crystallisation when the material is not extruded.
