ABSpro Flame Retardant is a PC-ABS 3D printing filament conforming to the UL 94 V-0 standard.
It makes it possible to print strong, self-extinguishing parts with excellent adhesion between layers and high dimensional accuracy.

ABSpro Flame Retardant is a professional, self-extinguishing, halogen-free filament. It is designed to meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability standard, which stipulates that vertical combustion of the filament (or a 3D printed object) must stop within 10 seconds.
The mixture used for ABSpro Flame Retardant contains a high percentage of PC (Polycarbonate), ABS and halogen-free flame retardant modifiers. Thanks to these additives, the filament can be printed at relatively low temperatures.

* The above settings are general guidelines and may vary depending on the printer, hot-end and calibration.
* Due to the high percentage of Polycarbonate, ABSpro Flame Retardant tends to warping. It is recommended to use a temperature-controlled printing chamber and to prepare the platen with DimaFix adhesive spray when printing large objects.
* When printing at high speed, the above parameters may have to be adjusted accordingly.
