With the increasing popularity of high-speed 3D printing thanks to new high-speed printers, FormFutura introduces a range of new and upgraded materials. These materials, while remaining compatible with conventional printers, have been fully optimised for the new high-speed 3D printing technology.ABSpro Flame Retardant is a professional, self-extinguishing, halogen-free filament. It is designed to meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability standard, which stipulates that vertical combustion of the filament (or a 3D printed object) must stop within 10 seconds.The mixture used for ABSpro Flame Retardant contains a high percentage of PC (Polycarbonate), ABS and halogen-free flame retardant modifiers. Thanks to these additives, the filament can be printed at relatively low temperatures.Main characteristics

General printing guidelines
Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.15 mm Height layer: ≥ 0.1 mm Flow rate: ± 100% Print temperature: ± 240 - 265 °C Print speed: Average Shrinkage: Yes, ± 5 mm Heated plate: ± 100 - 110 °C * Fan: 0 - 50% Experience level: Expert * The above settings are general guidelines and may vary depending on the printer, hot-end and calibration.* Due to the high percentage of Polycarbonate, ABSpro Flame Retardant tends to warping. It is recommended to use a temperature-controlled printing chamber and to prepare the platen with DimaFix adhesive spray when printing large objects.* When printing at high speed, the above parameters may have to be adjusted accordingly.Filament length

L'ASA è il materiale consigliato per l'uso esterno. A differenza dell'ABS, l'ASA è altamente resistente ai raggi UV, non ingiallisce e mantiene le sue proprietà meccaniche anche sotto l'esposizione diretta del sole e degli agenti atmosferici.
Il PETG è un materiale molto viscoso. Per ridurre lo stringing, è fondamentale calibrare correttamente la temperatura di stampa e la distanza di ritrazione. Inoltre, assicurati che il filamento sia asciutto, poiché l'umidità assorbita peggiora drasticamente questo fenomeno.
In generale è sconsigliato, poiché ogni resina ha tempi di esposizione e composizioni chimiche differenti. Mescolarle potrebbe portare a fallimenti di stampa o a una polimerizzazione incompleta del pezzo.
La resina liquida è considerata un rifiuto speciale. Non deve mai essere gettata negli scarichi domestici. È necessario polimerizzare i residui liquidi (esponendoli al sole o a lampade UV) fino a renderli solidi, dopodiché possono essere smaltiti seguendo le normative locali sui rifiuti plastici speciali.
