ABS ESD is an advanced and truly exceptional filament used in the electrical and electronic industry for its property of insulating circuits and components from any electrical discharge, hence ESD (electrostatic discharge), present in the air or near the object to be insulated. It is a highly functional and shielding material used in the printing of insulating and protective materials for electrical and electronic components such as trays and housing boxes for electronic boards.
ABS ESD has a very high shielding value that is unique in the market. The surface resistivity is 1.00.10 6 Ohm/sqm, a value considered as electroshrinking that prevents electrostatic charges from accumulating on the surface of the object, avoiding damage and electrical discharges.
ABS ESD is extremely resistant to impact and high temperature and does not deform. It is easy to print and does not cause print shrinkage problems and does not clog the nozzles during extrusion, allowing for easy and continuous printing.
It is compatible with most of the printers on the market that adopt FFF and FDM technology.
It does not require post-printing processing as it has an excellent matte finish.
It is a product made entirely by TreeD Filaments, 100% made in Italy. Available in black.
General printing recommendations:
To obtain unique and excellent results we suggest to dry the filament at 70°C for at least 2 hours.
For 1kg spool of filament increase the drying time. During printing, do not leave the filament stationary inside the nozzle for more than 20 minutes. L'ASA è il materiale consigliato per l'uso esterno. A differenza dell'ABS, l'ASA è altamente resistente ai raggi UV, non ingiallisce e mantiene le sue proprietà meccaniche anche sotto l'esposizione diretta del sole e degli agenti atmosferici.
Il PETG è un materiale molto viscoso. Per ridurre lo stringing, è fondamentale calibrare correttamente la temperatura di stampa e la distanza di ritrazione. Inoltre, assicurati che il filamento sia asciutto, poiché l'umidità assorbita peggiora drasticamente questo fenomeno.
In generale è sconsigliato, poiché ogni resina ha tempi di esposizione e composizioni chimiche differenti. Mescolarle potrebbe portare a fallimenti di stampa o a una polimerizzazione incompleta del pezzo.
La resina liquida è considerata un rifiuto speciale. Non deve mai essere gettata negli scarichi domestici. È necessario polimerizzare i residui liquidi (esponendoli al sole o a lampade UV) fino a renderli solidi, dopodiché possono essere smaltiti seguendo le normative locali sui rifiuti plastici speciali.
