F-series lugs are made from ETP copper strip, annealed and surface protected by electrolytic tinning.
The annealing process optimizes the structural characteristics of the material, thus allowing easier compression and ensuring that the lug can be used under a variety of mechanical stresses. Internal knurling of the collar improves contact with the conductor by increasing tensile strength.
The F series offers clear advantages: the special internal shaping of the insulating jacket, which is funnel-shaped, is designed in such a way as to connect the step represented by the collar of the lug and thus allow an ?easy? introduction of the conductor. It is therefore no longer necessary to intervene on the conductor to recompact its elementary wires, which generally tend to strip after removing the insulation; this translates into savings in wiring time. The entire conductor section is affected by compression thus realizing a reliable connection both electrically and mechanically.

I motori e i mandrini generano forti disturbi elettromagnetici.
