GammaMaster Nozzle - The Innovation for 3D Printing with Abrasive Filaments
The GammaMaster Nozzle represents the latest evolution in 3D printer nozzle technology, designed specifically for printing with abrasive filaments without compromising thermal conductivity from Slice Engineering.
Superior Thermal Performance
Made from a proprietary hardened alloy, the GammaMaster offers 2.7 times higher thermal conductivity than hardened steel nozzles. This feature allows abrasive filaments to be printed without having to drastically increase the nozzle temperature, providing similar performance to a standard brass nozzle.
Abrasion Resistance
With a Rockwell C hardness of 63, the GammaMaster can handle a wide range of thermoplastics, from standard PLA to PEI glass fiber reinforced filaments. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against abrasive wear, it is a reliable solution for all abrasive filament printing needs.
Low Gamma Anti-Adhesive Surface
The new Low Gamma coating reduces surface energy to less than 30 dynes/cm, preventing plastic buildup around the nozzle tip. This results in easier cleaning, fewer failed prints, and an overall better printing experience. Unlike PTFE coatings, the Low Gamma surface is resistant to high printing temperatures up to 380°C.
Available Geometries
The GammaMaster is available in four unique configurations suitable for different applications:
