What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

It is also possible to make your project public on the dedicated page of our site, so that everyone can take inspiration for automation applications, 3D printing, IoT ...

Thanks to the advanced search, browsing the categories and products of the DHM-online site is much easier. In fact, the advanced search allows you to search through filters by restricting the number of compatible components to your needs until you find what you were looking for.

DHM now offers you the option to save and share your cart. This way you can save the products for a future order, or forward your shopping cart to a colleague to place the order. The bars start from a steel with a high concentration of carbon suitable for the formation of a uniform hardening layer capable of ensuring a constant hardness over the entire surface.; in addition, being chrome plated, they guarantee resistance to oxidation even for external uses (example are the rods of hydraulic pistons).
They can be used with recirculating ball bearings (bushings), although optimal would be the use of hardened and ground guides.
