Revo E3D's HotSide High Flow Single Nozzle is a kit that allows you to get maximum volumetric flow performance from your hotend e3D Revo.
Featuring a 0.6mm Revo™ High Flow nozzle and a 60W Hotside.
Revo™ High Flow increases the volumetric flow rate of your setup, allowing you to print faster!
Unlike E3D's other high-flow hot-end s, such as Volcano or SuperVolcano, the Revo High Flow model has the same configuration as the standard Revo s. So no upgrades or modifications are needed. It takes only 30 seconds to change the nozzle.
Why a 60W HeaterCore?
In most cases, such as when printing with PLA or PETG, a 40-watt HeaterCore is sufficient. In case, however, you want to get maximum flow at high temperatures, it is recommended to combine the nozzle with a 60-watt HeaterCore.
This heats up much faster than a regular heating block. It features, however, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) as a "safety measure," which decreases its performance as heat increases.
The HeaterCore is attached with a spring, so mounting is rapido and no special tools are needed.
