- DescriptionShorter and lighter. Revo Hemera XS is 92g lighter and 11mm shorter than the classic Hemera. Thanks to a custom stepper motor, it is able to move faster on the 3D printer's motion system with less inertia than the classic Hemera, reducing printing artifacts such as ghosting. Its compact size also takes up less space within the 3D printer build volume, which is useful for smaller 3D printers.
Compatible with a wide range of 3D printing filaments. Achieves excellent performance with all 3D printing materials, especially difficult ones such as flexibles and abrasives. Advanced extrusion and shrinkage control enables 3D printing of soft flexible materials with Shore hardness up to 75A!
Backward compatible. Revo Hemera XS heatsink geometry accepts Revo nozzles and V6 nozzles with a heatbreak Hemera (sold separately).
All the power you need. Revo Hemera XS has all the extrusion force needed to handle the entire E3D ecosystem, including high-flow HotEnds such as SuperVolcano and high-flow Revo nozzles (coming soon!).
Reduced likelihood of filament stripping. In the event of a jam, Revo Hemera XS's filament drive mechanism locks instead of ripping the filament, making it easier to recover and resume 3D printing.
Easy nozzle replacement with Revo. A variety of Revo nozzles enhances the capabilities of your 3D printer without having to go through a difficult nozzle replacement process. Each Revo nozzle can be replaced manually. No tools, no hot clamping.
Increased safety. The Revo HeaterCore's power supply is reduced as it heats up, thanks to its built-in PTC behavior. This provides greater protection against risks caused by thermal runaway.
Flat mounting with T-slot. The custom mounting system allows a variety of accessories to be mounted on this extrusion system, such as bed leveling probes, expansion boards, and more!
Just add a 3D printer. Everything you need to start 3D printing is in the box, including Revo nozzles and a Revo HeaterCore. Just mount it on your 3D printer and you're done!

L'estrusore Single Drive utilizza un solo ingranaggio motorizzato e un cuscinetto a pressione. Il sistema Dual Drive utilizza due ingranaggi controrotanti che afferrano il filamento da entrambi i lati, garantendo una forza di spinta doppia e riducendo drasticamente lo slittamento, specialmente con filamenti tecnici o velocità elevate.
L'ugello va sostituito quando si notano problemi di stampa, specialmente superficiali, o se il diametro del foro si è allargato a causa dell'usura (comune con materiali abrasivi). Un ugello in ottone usato con fibra di carbonio può rovinarsi in poche ore di stampa, mentre uno in acciaio temprato può durare mesi.
Il rumore di scatto indica che il motore non riesce a spingere il filamento. Le cause, tra le altre, possono essere un ugello parzialmente ostruito, una temperatura di stampa troppo bassa, o una velocità di estrusione eccessiva per le capacità termiche del tuo hotend, un meccanismo non adeguato al tipo di filamento utilizzato.
