Versatile solution
Four different units available. Standard (right) and mirror (left), for filament diameters of 3.00mm and 1.75mm.
Quality construction
Housing parts are professionally molded SLS nylon for maximum strength and precision. 700mm cable included with quick connectors, standard equipped with a JST-PH6 to PC2510 connector, an XH4 or Dupont connector is also available.
The Bondtech QR-M uses a Nema17 stepper motor with integrated 5:1 ratio planetary gearbox along with precision CNC machined hardened steel drive gears to give you a compact powerhouse for all your applications. Whether you need high-resolution printing with small nozzles or high-flow printing with large nozzles, the optimized gear ratio combined with our industry-leading drive gears provides unmatched thrust power and lightning-fast retractions in a lightweight, compact package.

Multi-material capability
The QR-Mextruder feeds all material with high reliability, from slippery nylons and soft TPU/TPE filaments to high-strength carbon-filled materials that are highly rigid and sometimes brittle. The extruder is designed for 1.75 or 2.85/3.00 mm filaments, but has been tested to ensure filament performance with a large diffusion diameter for high reliability regardless of the tolerance of the filament used. The filament path is fully guided throughout the extruder housing and the housing maintains tight tolerances at the drive gears mitigating the possibility of filament jamming when the hotend experiences increased back pressure or highly flexible filaments are used.
Adjustable Tension
The screw tensioner allows the user to fine-tune the pressure exerted by the drive gears on the filament. This gives you the ability to adjust according to your preference and optimize for the type of material you are using.
Quick-Release
In order to make material changes in a snap, simply activate the Quick-Release lever to release tension and pull the material to be changed out of the extruder, keep it activated and insert the new material.
Feeding Direction
The QR-M feeds material with the same force in both directions, so it's flexible when it comes to integrating it into your application.
Each unit is assembled, tested and verified for optimal performance.
Recommended motor current setting: 1.2A
Step setting E: 476.5 (1.75 mm) (492.45 2.85 mm) steps/mm
