With high-speed 3D printing becoming increasingly popular thanks to the introduction of high-speed 3D printers, FormFutura is pleased to introduce a range of new and updated materials to its assortment. These materials, while still suitable for traditional printers, have been fully optimised for the new high-speed 3D printing technology.

PLA Premium is a high-end, general purpose Polylactic Acid (PLA) 3D printing filament. PLA Premium is less modified than other PLA, resulting in an extremely pure filament.

PLA Premium is slightly stiffer than other PLA and offers excellent thermal stability. It also has a slightly more crystallisation process rapido than other PLA. For this reason, it is often used for quick prints and large (or larger) scale prototyping with industrial-grade 3D printers.

General printing guidelines *

These ranges should work with most printers, but feel free to experiment outside these values if you feel it is suitable for your printer. There are many different types of printers, hot-end and offset, so it is extremely difficult to provide a universal setting that works for everyone.
