Luvocom 3F PEKK 50082 (PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is a high-performance polymer belonging to the PAEK (PolyArylEtherKetone) family. The filament can be processed at lower printing temperatures than PEEK-based filaments, while still offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) that is approximately 15°C higher.
The material is suitable for applications exposed to operating temperatures of up to 300°C for short periods and continuous temperatures of up to 255°C.
Luvocom 3F PEKK 50082 is designed to replace metal components and composite materials used in various industries. The filament is suitable for applications in fields ranging from aerospace, shipbuilding and automotive to medical, oil & gas and energy.
The material exhibits excellent adhesion between layers, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy and high strength in the Z-axis of moulded parts.
