Pakk is an advanced and truly exceptional filament capable of self-extinguishing in the event of fire. It is the only filament on the market that can be certified UL94 class V0 starting from a thickness of 0.5 mm. It is mainly used in the electrical and electronic market for printing all those materials that must have V0 certification such as junction boxes or cable glands. Also used in public places and in electrical panels or circuits.
Pakk is extremely resistant to impact and high temperatures and does not deform when exposed to UV rays. It is easy to print and does not cause problems with print shrinkage or clog the nozzles during the extrusion phase, allowing for easy and continuous printing.
It is compatible with most of the printers on the market that adopt FFF and FDM technology.
It does not require post-printing processing as it has an excellent matte finish.
Pakk is a product made entirely by TreeD Filaments, 100% made in Italy. Available in black.
General printing recommendations:
To obtain unique and excellent results we recommend drying the filament at 90°C for at least 4 hours.
For 1kg spools of filament increase the drying time. During printing, do not leave the filament stationary inside the nozzle for more than 20 minutes. Stop the thermal control if the temperature drops below 210°C.
