Bulk PETG filament is a premium-quality 3D printing filament produced in the European Union. It was developed for high-volume, cost-effective production, ensuring consistent quality and durability on a large scale.
Bulk PETG is the ideal choice for manufacturers, production facilities, prototyping labs and makers who require reliable results without sacrificing convenience.
Bulk PETG filament combines high transparency, good mechanical properties and safety for food contact. This premium PETG combines optical clarity, strength and chemical stability, making it ideal for functional prototypes, containers, kitchenware and transparent design parts.
Each 1 kg reel is made of certified second-life polypropylene (PP) from post-consumer recycled materials. The packaging is produced from FSC-certified recycled cardboard, offering an environmentally responsible solution that supports a more sustainable production cycle.
To maximize ease of use, the 1 kg rolls are fully compatible with AMS systems, ensuring smooth integration with many 3D printing systems.

General printing guidelines*
- Nozzle diameter : ≥ 0.15 mm
- Height layer: ≥ 0.1 mm
- Adhesive: EasyFix No. I
- Printing temperature: ± 230 - 255 °C *
- Fan speed: 0 - 50%
- Experience level: Beginner
- Heated Platen: ± 80 - 90 °C *
- Closed chamber: Not necessary
- Drying: Recommended
* The above settings are to be considered as guidelines for finding optimal printing parameters. These ranges should work with most printers, but you can experiment outside these values if deemed appropriate for your machine. In fact, there are many different types of printers, hot-end and offset, making it difficult to provide universal settings that apply to all cases.
* In the case of high-speed printing, the above settings may need to be adjusted accordingly.

Storage and Handling
The filament should be stored at room temperature in a dry, dark place with humidity less than 15 percent. The recommended storage temperature is approximately 18-25 °C (64.4-77.0 °F). Keep away from moisture, sunlight and direct heat sources.
If stored properly, the product has a shelf life of 24 months. For best performance of the printed object, we recommend drying the material before use and printing directly from a dry box.
