What are configurable mechanical components?

Configurable components are products in which you can select specific design features, and see the price and delivery times at a glance.

The most used configurators include linear shafts, linear guides, miniature linear guides, aluminum extrusions and aluminum sheets. Select your specifications from material, surface treatment, length and diameter.

Tailor-made processing

Our “DHM projects” tool allows you to save different projects or lists of articles on our website and sort them when it suits you. You can easily add them to your cart by clicking the "Add Project to Cart" button, or you can quickly edit them by removing and adding products from any device by logging into your account.

You can also share projects in various ways. You can submit a read-only copy and the person you shared the project with can order directly on our website. For more details, go to your projects and click the “Share Project” link.

Alternatively, you can export the project to PDF or CSV so that you can always consult, even offline, the detailed list of products of your project.

Thanks to the drawing process these bars have a tolerance of 0.01 mm. This allows precise linear motion, and can therefore be used with ball bearings. They require periodic lubrication to ensure the bearings are slid. They can also be used in damp environments, as they do not suffer from oxidation (rust) as INOX guides. If you are to use marine blades or contact with salt elements, it is recommended to use the AISI 316 type.
