Polyphenylsulfone (PPSF or PPSU) is a high temperature aromatic sulfonic polymer. Long considered one of the highest performing polymers in the world of plastics. PPSU has excellent thermal and chemical resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications in automotive, aerospace, electronics, defense, industrial, medical and semi-con applications.

Recommended PPSU print settings:
Extruder: 340-390°C
Platen temperature: 140-160°C
Platen preparation: adhesive or poly tape recommended
Heated chamber: recommended
Media: The ThermaX? HTS is specifically designed to work with high temperature materials such as this one.
Other: no cooling fan and printing speed of 16 mm/s as a starting point.
Drying instructions: 120°C for 4 hours.
