nGen from Colorfabb is a true all-around material suitable for everyday printing. Underlying its reliability is the special contribution of Eastman Amphora ™ AM3300 polymer, which offers good stability during melting. Starting with the pellet and ending with the 3D printing filament, nGen preserves the material properties very well, which means more stable results with less waste of material and time.
nGen exhibits advanced overhang ability, excellent aesthetic appearance, and a wide range of printing temperatures. This allows a wide range of users to create useful and durable items. With the unique combination of a low processing temperature and a high endurance temperature (85°C), nGen can quickly print objects that are functional, durable, efficient and aesthetically unique.

Tips & Tricks
- Suggested printing temperature: 220-240°C
- Suggested printing speed: 40-70 mm/s
- Suggested print bed temperature: 75-85°C
nGen from Colorfabb offers the best results on a heated printing bed, usually set in the range between 75°C and 85°C for proper adhesion to the glass. Fixatives can also be used to improve the adhesion of the first layer.
Printing on an unheated print bed is possible for small to medium sized parts but is not recommended for large parts that are prone to warping.
Excessive cooling will lead to fragile parts with poor adhesion between layers. Therefore we recommend starting with 50% cooling. It is always best to print nGen with minimal cooling to get the best adhesion between layers.
