Data sheet
PAHT Carbon Fibre filament from AzureFilm is a carbon fiber reinforced PAHT filament (PAHT-CF). it is therefore a high-temperature PA6 polyamide (Nylon) filament. This high-performance material is ideal for industrial 3D printing as it withstands up to 160°C and can be used to print long-lasting finished parts.
PAHT-CF from Azurefilm can also be printed in unheated chambers, but we recommend using it in enclosed printers for better performance.
The material is tough, has excellent abrasion and fatigue resistance, good chemical resistance, high strength and stiffness. In addition to excellent tensile strength and impact resistance, the material compound allows short continuous use up to 160°C for a maximum service life of 200h.
PAHT-CF from Azurefilm can be printed with media in printers equipped with dual extruders. Soluble media such as PVA, BVOH, PVOH can be used. It is also compatible with HIPS substrates.
Water absorption takes about four times longer to reach the saturation point than unmodified PA6, and the saturation point is five times lower than conventional PA6 materials.
The PAHT Carbon Fibre filament from Azurefilm is characterized by several aspects:
Package contains: 1 x PAHT Carbon Fibre 1kg 1.75mm filament spool for 3D printing Azurefilm
We recommend the following print settings for printing the PAHT Carbon Fibre 3D printing filament from Azurefilm:
Note: The settings displayed above serve as a guide to find the optimal print settings. These ranges in the settings should work for most printers, but feel free to experiment outside these parameters if you feel it is suitable for your printer. There are so many different types of printers, hot-end and offset printers that it is extremely difficult to provide a general setting that suits everyone.
Manufacturer's stated diameter tolerance: ± 0.02 mm
