- Specification Comparison - Engineering LCD Series
- Within the Engineering LCD Series, each resin is designed to emphasise a specific property.
- The comparison table (not included) shows the technical data of all Engineering LCD resins and allows easy comparison based on mechanical properties.
Preparation before printing
- Shake the bottle for at least 2 minutes before each use
- After shaking, allow resin to stand for 10 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape
- After printing is complete, the resin can be poured from the tank into the bottle
- Always use protective equipment such as safety goggles and nitrile gloves when handling resins
Post-processing
- For best material properties, we recommend post-processing:
- Wash the moulded object in IPA or (bio)ethanol for about 5 minutes
- The use of an ultrasonic cleaner is preferable/recommended
- Ensure that the objects washed with IPA and/or (bio)ethanol are completely dry before subsequent post-curing
- Place the washed objects in a well-ventilated area for at least 30 minutes or use compressed air for at least 2 minutes
- Polymerise the object in a high-power polymerisation chamber for approx. 20-30 minutes at 65 °C
- Recommended polymerisation wavelength: 300-410 nm
Safety
- When 3D printing with resins you are working with chemicals: always work carefully and use the personal protective equipment indicated in the safety data sheets.
- Always wear respiratory protection when sanding or cutting resin objects
- Always use nitrile gloves when handling uncured resins and resin objects
Package contains: 1 x Engineering LCD Resin - Strong - Formfutura

- Questions(FAQs)
